Hello everyone! Welcome to the tenth installation of Munchies with Moonkat. Today, I was inspired by a little Asian flavor, thanks to a friend talking about making fried rice. (Thanks for that, Hatch, you made me hungry!) So this is a simple little recipe which suggests using a wok for best results. If you don’t have one, my suggestion would just be to use a large skillet with high sides. It’s Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry!
