Hello everyone! Time for this week’s installation of Munchies with Moonkat. Today I’ll be sharing a recipe that’s a favorite of my husband’s, shared with me thanks to his mother. It’s a little thing called Cincinnati Chili.
Hello everyone! Time for another installation of Munchies with Moonkat. Today I’ll be doing another recipe that was given to me by my grandmother, and one that has always been a huge favorite of mine. It’s Banana Nut Bread – done in a baking insert for a Crock Pot/slow cooker. You can do it without the baking insert or just in a normal pan in the oven, but it comes out so moist and delicious from the Crock Pot, and this is the only way I know how to cook it, so that’s the method I’ll be doing here. Onward to noms!
Hello everyone! Welcome to the tenth installation of Munchies with Moonkat. Today, I was inspired by a little Asian flavor, thanks to a friend talking about making fried rice. (Thanks for that, Hatch, you made me hungry!) So this is a simple little recipe which suggests using a wok for best results. If you don’t have one, my suggestion would just be to use a large skillet with high sides. It’s Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry!
Hello everyone. This week on Munchies with Moonkat, we’ll be doing a recipe that is a favorite of my husband’s: Lime Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Welcome to the world of dinner done in a muffin pan. This week’s recipe? Meatloaf Cupcakes.
